This research was conducted in order to know and understand the Implementation of Legal Protection for Bank Customers In the Treaty and indepth understanding of the Remedies In the Completing the NPL in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit. Condong Catur Sleman. Analysis of the data in this study conducted quantitatively, the data obtained is then arranged systematically, then analyzed qualitatively, to achieve clarity on the issue to be discussed. The results of this study indicate that Bank Rakyat Indonesia utmost to protect the legal interest on the part of customers, namely invitation by presenting the customer at the time of manufacture to determine the content of credit agreements covering the rights and obligations to customers, in addition to prior signed by both parties agreement credit first read by the notary, and the Bank Rakyat Indonesia also give credit agreement format utuh.Upaya conducted by Bank Rakyat Indonesia in resolving problem loans is done with two alternatives, namely peacefully through a lump sum payment or payment according to the agreed capability bersam, and is legally not directly processed but no phase-stages, a warning is issued sebayak three times with a period of two to three months if there are no changes will then be processed through the auction of the collateral at the office of the auction.
